PARTY BOX is a fun energetic class that consists of martial arts
with a little bit of hip hop. During the evening classes the lights will
be turned off and club lights will be turned on.

PARTY CAMP- Hmmm?  Whatever craziness the instructor wants to do.  Mix it up with Party Box, X Camp, Step, etc...... 

BARRE CONTROL is a ballet technique class with a twist. 
You do not have to be a dancer to take this class.  It is designed to sculpt the body using a ballet barre and some basic ballet movement.  It is a great way to get lean. 

X CAMP - OK so I am not going to sugar coat it. This class is crazy
in a good way.  It is designed for all levels so don't be intimidated.  This conditioning workout consists of weights and cardio. The instructor will take you  through each motion and make sure you are executing it correctly.

POWER MIX - Cool Fusion of kick box, weights and body sculpting.

ZUMBA is inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and
merengue music.  The class consists of pulsating Latin rhythms with red-hot international dance steps.

STRIP - Sexy!!!!!   This Burlesque Dance Class is for all levels.
We are going to get a LITTLE STEAMY in this class!! It will incorporate a strength warm up followed by jazz/burlesque choreography.  The lights will be turned down and it may get wild.

HIP HOP -  Get ready to pop, lock and drop it.  This class is a
dance class for all levels who love HIP HOP and of course love to dance. 
The class consists of a traditional dance warm up followed by some hot choreography.

CONTEMPORARY/JAZZ - This is an AMAZING dance class instructed by Michelle Vrakelos.  You will start with a 20-30 minute warm up (STRETCH and STRENGTH) then you will learn a routine!!  The style will vary from contemporary to jazz to lyrical.  Your mind and body will be challenged but you will leave feeling exhilarated.

60 MINUTE F.I.T. IS ALSO SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASS
($20/CLASS or $199/ UNLIMITED PER MONTH).
This CRAZY workout is instructed by Michelle Vrakelos.  The training sessions are designed to build your strength and endurance. You will learn how to execute each movement correctly so you can gain results. This class will be held in the gym facility
