    Party Box is a fun, highly energetic kickboxing class that consists of martial arts with a bit of hip hop. It involves combinations of punches and kicks set to upbeat music. In the evening classes, the lights are turned off and the club lights go on.

    BARRE CONTROL

    Michelle Vrakelos’ signature class fuses modern ballet and athleticism. Known as the class that is sure to give you a booty lift, it is a ballet technique class designed to lengthen and tone your muscles using a ballet barre and by integrating dance conditioning, light weights, isometric exercises, cardio plié jumps, resistance band exercises and more. No previous dance experience is needed to take the class.

    X Camp is a conditioning workout consisting of agility drills, strength training and cardio. This high-intensity class will maximize your strength and endurance. It is designed for all levels, so don’t be intimidated!

    Knock Out is a boxing class using bags. This class will teach you the basics of martial arts and boxing. Get ready to sweat it out with jabs, hooks, upper cuts, kicks, squats, burpees and more! Please bring boxing gloves.

    TRX, strength training and cardio at its best! It incorporates 20 minutes of intense interval training on a treadmill or elliptical mixed in with 20 minutes of TRX and strength training, then on with your day! Great class to slim and trim!

    60 MINUTE FIT

    ($20/class or $199/month for unlimited classes) – 60 Minute FIT is a small group training class taught by Michelle Vrakelos. The training sessions are designed to build your strength and endurance. Each session will incorporate weight training and focus on 1 or 2 muscle groups. You will learn how to execute each movement correctly to ensure you gain results.

    Strip is a burlesque dance class for all levels. It incorporates a stretching and strength warm-up, followed by jazz/burlesque choreography. This hot, sultry dance workout will make you sweat. The lights get turned down and it may get a little steamy in class!

    M6 Revolution is M6 Fitness’ one-of-a-kind cycling studio, equipped with RealRyder bikes that take indoor cycling to a new level. With a 10 foot movie screen and RealRyder bikes that turn, tilt and lean to simulate an outdoor bike ride, you get a full-body workout while riding through routes like the California Coast and Wine Country or watching the latest music videos. In this class you’ll build your endurance with sprints and climbs, while maximizing your calorie-burning workout.
